## Detailed Description

POSV solves a symmetric/hermitian system of n linear equations on n variables.

It solves the system

$A X = B$

where A is a real symmetric (complex hermitian) positive definite matrix. Matrix A is first factorized as $$A=LL'$$ or $$A=U'U$$, depending on the value of uplo, using POTRF; then, the solution is computed with POTRS.

Parameters
 [in] handle rocblas_handle. [in] uplo rocblas_fill. Specifies whether the factorization is upper or lower triangular. If uplo indicates lower (or upper), then the upper (or lower) part of A is not used. [in] n rocblas_int. n >= 0. The order of the system, i.e. the number of columns and rows of A. [in] nrhs rocblas_int. nrhs >= 0. The number of right hand sides, i.e., the number of columns of the matrix B. [in] A pointer to type. Array on the GPU of dimension lda*n. On entry, the symmetric/hermitian matrix A. On exit, if info = 0, the factor L or U of the Cholesky factorization of A returned by POTRF. [in] lda rocblas_int. lda >= n. The leading dimension of A. [in,out] B pointer to type. Array on the GPU of dimension ldb*nrhs. On entry, the right hand side matrix B. On exit, the solution matrix X. [in] ldb rocblas_int. ldb >= n. The leading dimension of B. [out] info pointer to a rocblas_int on the GPU. If info = 0, successful exit. If info = j > 0, the leading minor of order j of A is not positive definite. The solution could not be computed.
