Detailed Description
BLAS_EX API.
nrm2_batched_ex computes the euclidean norm over a batch of real or complex vectors
result := sqrt( x_i'*x_i ) for real vectors x, for i = 1, ..., batch_count
result := sqrt( x_i**H*x_i ) for complex vectors x, for i = 1, ..., batch_count
Currently supported datatypes are as follows:

[in] handle [rocblas_handle] handle to the rocblas library context queue. [in] n [rocblas_int] number of elements in each x_i. [in] x device array of device pointers storing each vector x_i. [in] x_type [rocblas_datatype] specifies the datatype of each vector x_i. [in] incx [rocblas_int] specifies the increment for the elements of each x_i. incx must be > 0. [in] batch_count [rocblas_int] number of instances in the batch [out] results device pointer or host pointer to array of batch_count size for nrm2 results. return is 0.0 for each element if n <= 0, incx<=0. [in] result_type [rocblas_datatype] specifies the datatype of the result. [in] execution_type [rocblas_datatype] specifies the datatype of computation.
