BLAS Level 1 API.
axpyBatched compute y := alpha * x + y over a set of batched vectors.
- Parameters

[in] handle [hipblasHandle_t] handle to the hipblas library context queue. [in] n [int] the number of elements in x and y. [in] alpha specifies the scalar alpha. [in] x pointer storing vector x on the GPU. [in] incx [int] specifies the increment for the elements of x. [out] y pointer storing vector y on the GPU. [in,out] incy [int] specifies the increment for the elements of y. [in] batchCount [int] number of instances in the batch
