Detailed Description

BLAS Level 3 API.

dgmm performs one of the matrix-matrix operations

C = A * diag(x) if side == HIPBLAS_SIDE_RIGHT
C = diag(x) * A if side == HIPBLAS_SIDE_LEFT

where C and A are m by n dimensional matrices. diag( x ) is a diagonal matrix and x is vector of dimension n if side == HIPBLAS_SIDE_RIGHT and dimension m if side == HIPBLAS_SIDE_LEFT.
