Detailed Description

BLAS Level 1 API.

axpy_batched compute y := alpha * x + y over a set of batched vectors.

Parameters
[in]handlerocblas_handle handle to the rocblas library context queue.
[in]nrocblas_int
[in]alphaspecifies the scalar alpha.
[in]xpointer storing vector x on the GPU.
[in]incxrocblas_int specifies the increment for the elements of x.
[out]ypointer storing vector y on the GPU.
[in,out]incyrocblas_int specifies the increment for the elements of y.
[in]batch_countrocblas_int number of instances in the batch
