Generalized version of hipfftSetWorkArea accepting multi-device plans.
- Parameters

[in] plan - Pointer to the (possibly multi-device) FFT plan. [in] workArea - Array of pointer(s) to the plan's work area(s), which must be accessible by the plan's used device(s) (in the same order as communicated via hipfftXtSetGPUs, if used prior).
