Detailed Description
BLAS Level 1 API.
The scalStridedBatched functions scale each element of vector x_i with scalar alpha, for i = 1, ... , batchCount.
x_i := alpha * x_i ,
where (x_i) is the i-th instance of the batch.
- Supported precisions in rocBLAS :
s,d,c,z,cs, andzd. - Supported precisions in cuBLAS : No support.
- Parameters

[in] handle - [hipblasHandle_t] handle to the hipBLAS library context queue. [in] n - [int] the number of elements in each x_i. [in] alpha - host pointer or device pointer for the scalar alpha. [in,out] x - device pointer to the first vector (x_1) in the batch. [in] incx - [int] specifies the increment for the elements of x. [in] stridex - [hipblasStride] stride from the start of one vector (x_i) to the next one (x_i+1). There are no restrictions placed on stride_x. However, the user should ensure that stride_x is of an appropriate size. For a typical case, this means stride_x >= n * incx. [in] batchCount - [int] specifies the number of batches in x.
