Detailed Description
Set hipblas workspace to user-owned device buffer.
With the rocBLAS backend, a non-null workspace with a nonzero size is used as-is and is never resized. A call that needs more, such as trsmBatched with a large batchCount, returns HIPBLAS_STATUS_ALLOC_FAILED. Passing nullptr or a size of 0 returns the handle to rocBLAS-managed memory, which grows as needed.
