Detailed Description
Blocks until remote writes are visible to the specified scope.
Blocks until GPUDirect RDMA writes to the target device, issued by a third-party device such as an RDMA-capable NIC, are visible to the specified scope. This is a host-ordered visibility barrier on inbound remote writes; it does not synchronize with any stream or kernel.
If scope is at or within the scope reported by hipDeviceAttributeGPUDirectRDMAWritesOrdering, the writes are already ordered by the hardware and the call is a no-op.
Support is reported by hipDeviceAttributeGPUDirectRDMAFlushWritesOptions. The call returns hipErrorNotSupported when that bitmask does not contain hipFlushGPUDirectRDMAWritesOptionHost.
